Circle Drive
This Bayshore’s project features a completely reimagined courtyard designed for both relaxation and entertaining. Porthole windows, distinctive siding and layered details punctuate the facades, adding architectural interest and character. The courtyard is anchored by a fireplace, while lush landscaping and a limestone water feature create texture, visual rhythm, and a sense of tranquility. An outdoor bathroom and shower provide practical amenities for beachside living. Herringbone brick paving leads to a staircase connecting to a versatile bonus space above, thoughtfully designed with a living area, kitchenette, full bathroom, and bedroom. Custom finishes, curated furnishings, and integrated art pieces reinforce the nautical- inspired aesthetic, transforming this elevated retreat into a private, architecturally rich oasis.
